P3 just loves it when things get complicated. It’s in our genes. Those are the times when technical expertise and management skills really count, regardless of the industry.
The public sector adds another layer of complexity. We're very familiar with specific bureaucratic demands, tight budgets, limited internal resources, or conflicts of interest between offices. To handle these challenges, P3 draws on all of its skills, adapting them to the demands of the public sector.
In order to build and operate the world's largest TETRA network for German security and safety agencies, the Ministry of Interior needs a fair amount of telecommunications expertise. We’ve been supporting this project for years, and are currently consulting on public bid processes for funding with a value of over 2 billion euro. We helped to successfully establish and launch one of the biggest publicly funded technical modernization projects in Germany - all without any negative effects on public perception.
Our expertise was also valuable in the public sector, when we worked with the German military to analyze its invoicing processes and risk analysis for key German armaments projects. We helped analyze tens of thousands of pages of documentation and contracts. This allowed us to provide an expert opinion on the maturity of the projects, as well as make comprehensive recommendations to optimize procurement in the defense sector.
