Dr. Christoph Theis

The dynamic manager gets started things signed and sealed. Determined and forcefully he pushes projects ahead when the going gets rough: “If a traditional approach is no good, we just find a new way.”

What is the best way to characterize P3’s operating principles?

„It's important for us at P3 to view processes as a whole. And in whatever function employees work for us, whether as developer, consultant or project manager, in the end it’s the result that counts for them, which has to be reached on behalf of our customer. We put our back into that.”

P3 is continuously growing since 1996. How have the structures changed?

"Since our formation we grew to more than 700 employees - of course we had to establish structures. But only when processes were grinding and when we realized that it was really necessary. Contrary to comparable businesses we do not maintain a debilitating administration this way."
