What differentiates P3 from other management consulting firms?

„First and foremost the background of our consultants and developers. Sure there are very good economists and scientists among us, but in the majority we are engineers and electrical engineers. As a result, developing new business fields comes naturally to us in comparison. This way we could offer services in the area of telecommunications, which were not available in this form before. A pure strategic management consulting is aligned differently and in this regard maybe less flexible. We work operatively and strategically.

Isn’t there also a risk in developing new business fields?

“Of course! But our experience shows, that bold decisions are rewarded. If I had always known from the outset, how to solve a problem, we wouldn’t be that successful today. That applies to the whole company. Moreover the questions in the different lines of industry are very similar, only the methods differ often times. In the end it’s about the way complex products develop. And we know a lot thereof!”
