What are the core competences of the P3 Ingenieurgesellschaft?

"Since more than ten years, we deal with the question on how complex products can be built - and in a way that the customer gets what he expects.

Quality management, for us, means to ensure a harmonization and synchronization between all the departments and processes in the course of this. Never losing sight of the customer.

Therefore we developed new project management methods, which we use to e.g. realize a much more efficient engine development in the automotive sector.

How do P3‘s several business fields differ from each other?

"Actually they don‘t. Because the questions in the different fields are the same. That’s why we intensively swap ideas on methods with each other and transfer processes and ways of thinking between automotive, aviation and telecommunication areas. Our customers directly benefit from that.

This is possible due to personal contacts between the consultants and also supported by regular P3 conventions and projects across several of our locations."
