What you'll do
- You will proactively maintain all assigned departments with minimal guidance.
- You will correct quality issues in the specification plans to reduce costs.
- You will be responsible for recording, documenting, and maintaining knowledge of all departments including location, revision, retention, and review dates.
- You will provide department feedback on quality aspects.
- You will implement Correction Actions Processes: Cause analysis, corrective counterparts, and objective evidence for verification/closure.
Who you are
- You have strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
- You have a working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite and in an electronic ERP system.
- Ability to identify issues, create solutions, and navigate resolutions.
- You also meet the standard blah-blah: your English skills are very good and you are potentially fluent in an additional language (German is a plus!); you work well in a team but also on your own; you have a high level of presentation skills and are highly flexible.
- You have good time management and prioritizing skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- You are willing to travel.
- You are authorized to work in the U.S.
