What you'll do
- Guide and coach agile teams on how to use agile practices and principles
- Deliver high quality products and services to our customers
- Manage projects or products with agile methodologies (e.g.; Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.)
- Lead agile teams to implement Scrum / SAFe
- Design agile way of working and provide agile training for teams
- Facilitate and support agile events
- Coach agile teams in self-organization during active project support
- Facilitate the removal of impediments and mange risks
- Work and collaborate with multiple customers and project teams
Who you are
- You have a completed Bachelor and/ or Master degree in e.g. Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical engineering, IT, software development, Project management or similar
- You already have 2 years or more related agile working experience with agile roles like scrum master, RTE or agile project manager etc.
- You have knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies, agile related certificates preferred (CSM, SAFe scrum master, SAFe
- agilist, ACP etc.)
- You gained stable automotive industry knowledge e.g. in Electric mobility, Connected car, App or Software development, Autonomous driving technologies
- Your English skills are excellent(speaking and writing)
- You are motivated, flexible, pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new idea and feedback
