What you'll do
- You actively drive challenging projects within a P3 team with multiple work streams
- You support project scope/structure definition, and project plan/ timeline development
- You analyze and optimize customer’s processes and ensure sustainable process implementation
- You pro-actively plan, develop and conduct regular top-management projects, status presentations, meetings and workshops in leading role
- You support the managing of project risk and status identification, tracking and mitigation process
- You prepare customers for audits
- You improve quality in production and delivery
- You support in analyzing Value Streams, Capacity Calculations and production figures
Who you are
- You have a completed Bachelor’s and/or Master degree in e.g. Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical engineering, IT, software development, Project Management or similar
- You already have 3 years or more related working experience and experience in Project Management and Steering
- You are an expert in quality and production methods such as CIP, PDCA, FMEA, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma or Lean
- Your English skills are excellent (speaking and writing)
- You are a team player, yet very self-driven & you have a responsible working style
- Your communication and presentation skills are excellent
- You are motivated, flexible, pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new idea and feedback
- You are willing to do regular business trips to customers locations and plants
