What you'll do
- You advise organizations and Agile teams through their Lean-Agile transformation
- You work with (top)management level to align and create strategies for transitioning to Lean-Agile practises
- You lead workshops and trainings to enable people on Agile values, principles, and practises especially as these relates to SCRUM or SAFe
- You work with SAFe implementation as part of a coaching team and support various team level roles in preparing and executing Program Increment (PI)
- You mentor and pair with stakeholders in client organizations to support them on their Agile transformation and built lasting Agile skills
- You coach and mentor P3 (Junior) Consultants on how agile has impact on organizations and how to apply theory to practise
- You support sales activities to help develop our business creating new project opportunities at existing clients and expand our portfolio
- You support and advise teams throughout their agile-transformation journey
- You work with key stakeholders to define roadmaps and strategies on team-level how to empower teams to apply lean-agile practises
- You conduct workshops and training sessions on agile values, principles, and practises (e.g. SAFe and Scrum)
- You work with SAFe implementation as part of a coaching team and support various team level roles in preparing and executing Program Increment (PI)
- You act as a mentor and pair with change agents and stakeholders of a project/organization to help them become lean-agile champions
- You train teams on using kanban/agile work tools, such as Jira, SharePoint, etc
Who you are
- You have experience providing hands-on coaching, advisory, and support to all members of SAFe or Scrum teams.
- You´ve got experience advising organizations leading by example to challenge the status quo and promote an Agile mindset and lean innovative thinking
- You are experienced in providing hands-on coaching and support on a team level.
- You ideally are certified in Scrum and/or SAFe methods and lead by example on applying the methodology in a practical way challenging the status quo on how teams work.
