What you'll do
- You will support customers by industrializing innovative technologies (e.g., battery cells and systems)
- You will add value from the initial idea of a new and innovative product to the ramp-up of a large-scale production
- You will plan, implement and further development processes in our customers' productions
- You will draft and implement digital quality and traceability concepts in the field of innovative technology production
- You will prepare, build-up and install industrialization frameworks for innovative customers in Europe and India
- In the beginning you start in Germany or Thailand, later you are active in India
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience in the field of industrial engineering, ideally with batteries
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of industrial or mechanical engineering or another technical field
- You are fluent in English and Hindi, ideally German
- You have excellent knowledge of industrialization frameworks
- You are familiar with digitalization concepts production and supply chains
- You are keen on working with innovative technologies
- You are a team player but you can also work well alone
- You are communicative and add remarkable presentation skills
- You are willing to travel
- You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working as well as a quick perception
- You have experience and references along the industrial engineering value chain from production concept development to detailed engineering and equipment selection up to ramp-up preparations and management
