Conducting workforce planning as
- Working closely with hiring managers in order to come up with a strategy for finding the right candidates for the right role
- Providing credible and consultative advice and support during the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Providing regular market information
- Job ads preparation & posting
- Pre-screening of CVs, interviewing candidates, and applying relevant assessment tools
- Coordinating the overall recruitment and selection process
- Develop collaborative relationships with universities, career centers and other organizations
- Explores different recruitment practices and support their implementation within the organization
- Implement simple, effective and trackable resourcing, record keeping and administration processes that are accurate and up to date at all times
- Conducting supply, demand, gap and solution analysis
- Identifying career fairs, technical conference, and other events where the company could participate
- Articulate the organization’s Employee Value Proposition to candidates and current employees as well as the business model, goals and position in the market
You have
- University degree – preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Economics or Business
- 2+ professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Articulate with a high standard of verbal and written clarity in English and Bulgarian
- Works as a team member and acts with respect and integrity
- Ability to drive ideas forward
- Ability to multitask and to work under pressure
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Good knowledge of MS Office
