With the promise of the Paris Climate Agreement of 2016, Germany has also committed itself to keep global warming well below 2°C and to make further efforts to keep global warming even below 1.5°C. This results in pressure for each and every one of us to act, and every company, in particular, must take responsibility for preserving our ecosystems and the earth as a habitat. In order to support your company in taking responsibility and in developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability concept, geff and P3 have started cooperation.
The stakeholders of the companies, especially the politicians and the customers or society, have now understood that the companies have a huge influence on climate change and environmental degradation. Through hard factors such as laws and policy directives, but also through soft factors such as boycotts of individual companies by society, they are pushing companies to act sustainably.
Companies have understood from this pressure that they can reduce their costs, achieve competitive advantages, and secure access to outside capital by reinforcing sustainable action.
Together geff, specialist for the technical and operational level of sustainability and P3, specialist for operational and strategic optimization of companies, join forces with regard to sustainability and offer promising synergies for your company. In cooperation, the two companies will offer international and holistic consulting services for sustainability concepts for companies from one source.
This ensures successful project handling and results with a “one face to the customer” principle. In addition, the two far-reaching partner and specialist networks geff and P3 offer considerable advantages.
Already now, several successful projects can be looked back on due to the cooperation. For example, a 1st-tier supplier from the automotive industry was excluded from award processes of an OEM due to its poor handling of the environment.
P3 and geff supported the supplier in improving its environmental performance through a joint consulting approach and the implementation of initially introduced targeted and effective measures. Finally, the supplier was again approved for participation in tenders of the OEM.
