Theis is the managing director of P3 group GmbH. For many years, he intensively cares about the topic of electric mobility.

Christoph Theis, co-founder of the P3 group and other P3 subsidiaries studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen. He did his doctorate at the Fraunhofer Institute for production technology in the field of quality management.

In 1996 he founded the P3 Ingenieursgesellschaft GmbH with two colleagues from Fraunhofer institute.

Today Rendl is managing director of P3 group GmbH, P3 digital Services GmbH, and P3 security Consulting GmbH.

Robert Rendl studied industrial engineering and worked for over 20 years in numerous industries as a consultant.

In 2012 he joined P3 and primarily advised automotive OEMs and expanded the customer and the project business successfully.

Until recently he was CEO of P3 Serbia and is now responsible for the digitalization strategy of P3.

As Partner & Managing Director of P3, Andreas Bisenius is responsible for the areas of Quality Management, Software Quality, Sustainability as well as Product & Process Compliance. Furthermore, he leads the business development in China.

After his studies of production technology at RWTH Aachen University and his doctorate at the Fraunhofer Institute, Andreas Bisenius started his career at P3. In the meantime, he has been working as a management consultant for more than 20 years in numerous technology industries and different subject areas.

As CFO and authorized signatory of the P3 Group, he is today responsible, among other things, for the business development with new customers and ensures the financial development of the P3 Group.

Markus Hackmann is responsible for the field of E-Mobility.

After he received his Master Engineering Degree at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne he joined P3 automotive in 2006. His expertise is in the field of technology strategies for e-mobility, Lithium-Ion Batteries, and charging of battery electric vehicles.

Markus leads a team of more than 100 e-mobility enthusiasts and is managing director of P3 since April 2018.

Rainer Aits, is part of the Executive Board of the P3 Group since 2019. There he is responsible for the P3 locations in North & South America. As Global Advisor he is responsible for the topics Operations & Supply Management.

Aits advises international companies on the topics of efficiency improvement, production and supplier optimization as well as change programs.

From 2009-2019, he was responsible for the Automotive and North America division as Managing Director with other colleagues.

Before joining P3 in 2003, he gained many years of international consulting experience with leading OEM`s and suppliers in the automotive and process industry.

Aits started his professional career at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation - IPA- in Stuttgart.

After his engineering studies, he complemented his business knowledge with MBE postgraduate studies in Germany, USA and Japan.

As Partner & Managing Director of P3, Gerald Beuscher is responsible for the Volkswagen Group customer account and the Wolfsburg location. During his industrial engineering studies he specialized in flight operations technology.

He started his professional career in the aviation industry.

In 2005 he found his start at P3, again initially in the aviation sector.

Since his change to the automotive industry, projects such as efficient powertrains, electrification and networking of passenger cars are among his main focuses.

Today, he and his team support the Volkswagen Group worldwide in a wide variety of projects.

Jan Hinrichs is a managing partner with P3 and responsible for automotive supplier management.

During his studies of industrial engineering and business management, he specialized in quality and logistics.

His professional career path began as a consultant with a focus on lean management in the electronics industry.

In 2010 he joined P3. Since then projects like securing ramp-up phases, relocations, securing supply, and preventive supplier development rank among his area of expertise.

At present, Jan Hinrichs and his team manage projects with virtually all automotive OEMs and all renowned 1 tier suppliers across Europe.

Johannes-Nikolaus Nießen is partner in charge of mobility & business innovations. During his mechanical engineering studies at RWTH Aachen University and Universidade de Sao Paulo, he specialised in manufacturing technology and production management. He then studied industrial engineering at RWTH Aachen University and the University of Maastricht.

Johannes started his professional career at the Research Institute for Operations Management (FIR) at RWTH Aachen University, where he worked as a consultant & project manager for industrial services.

He has been with P3 since the end of 2000. His consulting focus is on mobility topics, innovation, and strategy areas as well as digital services and business models.

As a partner of P3, Tobias Breithaupt is responsible for the cluster mobility innovation. This bundles all competencies related to connected vehicles and the digital business models based on them. Non-automotive customers who need advice in the field of digitization and new business models are also increasingly part of the customer base.

Building on his aeronautical engineering studies, he began his consulting career in the aerospace and automotive sectors with focus on development and organizational excellence. This was followed by the expansion of a P3 office as key account and site manager. For several years now he manages projects for (non-)automotive customers with focus on digitization, organizational excellence and innovation.

Michael Terhardt is Partner of P3. He is responsible for built-up and coordination of our „software defined car (SDC)“ practice group. During his studies in business economics he specialized in strategic Marketing and international management.

His professional career path began as a consultant in R&D and quality management in the automotive industry.

Besides his role in „software defined car“ he advises our customers in realignment of business model & strategy, digital transformation and process optimization.

As a partner, Klaus Lerner is responsible for consulting projects in the development department of OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

He started his career as a consultant with focus on project organization and collaboration in automotive development.

In 2001 he joined P3, since then his focus has been on projects for product development, project management, setup of project management systems, organizational adaptation, drive development, 360° assessments and optimization projects. Today he is in charge of projects with focus on process and organizational issues.

Robert is Partner and Member of the Board of P3.

He is responsible for global E-mobility projects with specific focus on battery systems and electric powertrains. Specialized in market entry evaluations, technical and commercial feasibility studies and strategy assessments.

Robert studied business administration and mechanical engineering and worked for automotive OEMs and suppliers before joining P3 as a consultant.

Within the battery and electric motor industry Robert worked in Japan, Korea, North America and across Europe in more than 300 projects covering the value chains from raw material up to vehicle level.

The consulting team at P3 within e-mobility is further growing and expanding towards material industry, mining operations and recycling of precious materials to provide clients the holistic picture and implications of the future mobility solutions.

As Partner & Head of Organizational Development, Laura Krauss is responsible for all aspects of organizational development. During her master's degree, she focused in particular on the development and alignment of high-performance and sustainable organizations.

In 2012, she joined P3 and since then, her focus has been on projects such as leadership transitions and 100-day programs, change processes, the development of high-performance organizational structures as well as suitable process organizations.

Today, she and her team support various medium-sized and family-owned companies as well as several automotive OEMs and 1st tier suppliers.

Thomas Heller-Regenbogen is responsible for Human Factors and Transformation at P3. This includes external and internal communication, change and rollout management as well as coaching and training of employees and managers.

As a partner, he is also responsible for our Munich location.
After his studies in industrial engineering at the RWTH Aachen he found his way directly to P3 in 2007 and used the chance to develop from a diploma student to a partner.

At the beginning of his P3 time he increased the efficiency of our customers by innovative process and project management methodologies. In the course of this he found his passion for the field of Human Factors and the operationalization of any concept. In his team you can find a high diversity of competences and personalities, which are specifically used in customer projects.

Hermann Pyschny is responsible partner for cost management & finance.

After studying business administration at the Technical University of Dresden, he joined P3 in 2008 and developed a technology-oriented cost management.

With his economic efficiency assessments, he advises his customers on the decision and implementation of product innovations and business models. In the field of electric mobility, he deals with topics such as the total cost of ownership for electric vehicles and the evaluation of charging solutions.

With his profitability assessments, TCO analysis and market models, he supports his clients on product innovations, business models and acquisitions. In the context of climate targets, he deals with CO2 assessment of the mobility sector and helps cities and companies to select powerful measures.

Marco Dargel is a partner responsible for the Autonomous Mobility division.

After his studies in mechanical engineering and innovation management in Esslingen and Singapore, he started his professional career in strategic product planning in the supplier industry.

In 2010, Marco Dargel joined P3 and first significantly built up the competence field of cost management and further developed it into the field of M&A (technical transaction consulting).

Currently he is driving the further development of the P3 competence in the area of autonomous mobility. With his team he not only advises worldwide leading OEMs and suppliers in this field, but also covers the entire ecosystem of the new autonomous mobility up to cities, insurance companies as well as urban air mobility start-ups.

Marco Baumgart is known at P3 as an all-rounder and takes responsibility as a partner for the P3 location in Wolfsburg and for the customers located in the region.

With his empathetic nature and communicative strength, he is always bringing people together and developing new ideas and business fields together with his customers.

Marco Baumgart joined P3 in 2007. He brings his passion for electric mobility and new mobility services - coupled with his skills in innovation and project management - to the automotive and financial services sector to inspire his customers.

As Managing Partner of P3, Sven Steck is responsible for the area of Supply Chain Management.

He started his career as a consultant at P3 in 2015 as a senior consultant with a focus on logistics management. After numerous project successes, he has been a member of P3's automotive management team since 2018 and Managing Partner since 2020.

Before joining P3, he studied International Business Administration at Aalen University and also holds a Master of Business Engineering from Steinbeis University. He could prove his logistics and supply chain expertise for several years in different projects at DPDHL.

Today, he advises customers in the automotive (OEMs and suppliers) and non-automotive sectors. His main focus is on supply chain optimization programs, sustainability and change programs.

Christian Kienzle has been a partner at P3 since 2020 and is responsible for Operations & Supply Chain. During his studies in industrial engineering, he specialised in production and process engineering.

He began his professional career as an officer in the German Armed Forces with the mountain infantry in Bad Reichenhall and joined P3 in 2010. Here, he was particularly involved with the topics of quality management, supplier management, launch management and lean management. After 5 years, Christian transferred to Lidl international as Head of Supplier Development, where he was primarily in charge of the product groups textiles, meat, cereals and detergents on an international level, before returning to P3 in 2018 as Principal Operations & Supply Chain to further develop this business area.

Since then, Christian has been coordinating projects in the automotive and non-automotive sectors as well as in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, with particular expertise in the areas of industrialisation and process optimisation.

Marius Mailat ist für die P3 als Managing Director, vor allem aber als Chief Technical Officer im Einsatz. Zur P3-Familie gehört er erst seit 2016 – zuvor war er Gründer und Inhaber eines eigenen Unternehmens, das später in die P3 integriert wurde. Somit blickt Marius auf mehr als 20 Jahre Expertise im Bereich Digitalisierung zurück – zwischenzeitlich auch als einer von nur sechs Google Developer Experts für Android in Deutschland.

Der studierte Informatiker und Software-Entwickler sieht sich dabei von jeher als IT-Architekt, der die Kunden befähigt, langsame Papierprozesse durch schnelle, effiziente B2B-Anwendungen zu ersetzen. Sein besonderes Steckenpferd jedoch ist Android Automotive – so zeichnen Marius und sein Team unter anderem für das neue Infotainmentsystem eines großen französischen Automobilherstellers verantwortlich, das ab 2022 vollständig auf Basis P3-eigener Entwicklungen läuft. Freude machen ihm aber auch eine kleine Sport-App oder die Entwicklungen im Smart-home-Bereich – also im Grunde alles, was die Welt digital voran bringt.

As a partner of P3, Daniel Kaiser is responsible for the area of Digital Transformation Automotive. After his studies in industrial engineering, he specialized in concept development and process optimization.

His professional career path began as a consultant with focus on powertrain development and exhaust aftertreatment in the automotive industry.

In 2007 he joined P3. Since then projects like concept development, web & mobile development, workflow management as well as digital transformation projects belong to his area of expertise. Today, Daniel Kaiser and his team manage digitalization projects for automotive OEMs and 1st tier suppliers in the southwest of Germany.

Sebastian Gieschen is a partner at P3 and responsible for software development and cloud. During his studies at RWTH Aachen University as an industrial engineer, he recognized the importance of digital solutions early on and specialized in them.

He joined P3 in the US, where he worked in the area of connected car and infotainment systems.

Since 2016, he has been helping organizations to design, develop and successfully place digital solutions in the market. In the meantime, he and his team of developers and IT consultants support a large number of companies from various industries and help them to master the digital transformation.

Walter Kaufmann Partner & Managing Director of P3. He is responsible for the business activities in the US market. Over the course of his studies focus was on business & industrial engineering, as well as finance.

His professional career path covers periods in industry and as a consultant in several countries with the focus with a major portion of his responsibilities covering program management, and finance in the manufacturing appliance and automotive industries. In 2005 he transferred from Europe to the US.

In 2014 he first joined P3. Since then he has delivered projects across industries and in various organizational functions for our customers, from launching green- & brownfield initiatives, relocations, launching & stabilizing logistics operations as well as several operations assessments.

At present, Walter Kaufmann and his team manage projects with multiple automotive OEMs and all renowned 1 tier suppliers across the USA.

Tino Müller is Managing Director of our French entity as well as the driver for our international Android Automotive (AAOS) activities.
 
Tino is an engineer by trade with an international MBA. During his professional career as a consultant which started in 2002, he had a 4-year stint as the CEO of a technology start-up.
 
In the beginning of his time with P3, which began in 2011, he started working on electric mobility strategies. Since then, he ramped up our connected services competence center and kick-started our SAFe consulting activities. At present, Tino Müller scales P3’s competence portfolio in France. He further drives our global AAOS business development activities.

As a Managing Director Sven Becher is responsible for the P3 Business in East-Asia covering all parts of P3 business.

After studying physics, he started his career path in the IT industry and worked there for 12 years in different management positions. Starting at P3 in 2008 he also to consulting business and focused on Quality Assurance, auditing against different industry standards and supplier management. In 2013 he took over the responsibility for founding the local entity and starting the P3 business in China covering the East-Asian market with local and international customers.

Jean Marc Schröder is responsible for P3 Serbia as Partner & Managing Director with a focus on Enterprise Web Application Development and IT & Cloud Services.

He started his career as a software developer for solutions in the area of digital content distribution, eCommerce platforms, digital payment systems and location based services.

In 2014, he found his start at P3 by building the crowdsourcing solution for mobile performance benchmarks. In 2016, the move to P3 digital services took place with the setup of P3 Serbia. Since then, his focus has been on the development and operation of large-scale projects for numerous automotive OEMs, energy and utility providers as well as financial services.

Cristian Man is Partner in P3 Group and is managing the Romanian software development center Cluj-Napoca. He has a Master of Business Administration at Babes Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca.

His professional career include experience in IT Management, entrepreneurship and sales.

In 2016 he joined P3 and is managing the Romanian P3 office where software solution are built with high performing software engineering teams. Cristian and his teams are involved in projects with top OEMs and other P3 clients.

Bjoern Voss is an expert in the field of manufacturing and experienced in guiding international OEMs and SMEs on their way into the mobility industry of the future.

Bjoern studied Mechanical Engineering at Kiel University of Applied Sciences. He joined P3 Automotive in 2007 as an automotive consultant in Germany and was dispatched to Asia in 2009. Since then, he has been working for P3 in China, Japan, Thailand and other Asian countries.

Bjoern is responsible for the South East Asia Region.

Patrick Stegmeier is Partner of P3 Mexico. He is responsible for the area of Consulting Services. During his mechanical engineering studies he specialized in operations management.
His professional career path began as a consultant with the focus on process optimization within product change management for an OEM.
In 2011 he joined P3. Since then projects like administration process optimization, developing global supply chain management organization structures, securing ramp-up phases, relocation management of complete production facilities within europe, securing supply and preventive supplier development rank among his area of expertise. At present, Patrick Stegmeier and his team manage projects with several automotive OEMs and most renowned 1-tier suppliers across Mexico.
