Sustainability Reports

Living sustainability – privately and of course also at P3.

As our founder Christoph Theis wrote in his doctoral thesis in 1996, “a company is successful if it manages to align the different interests of all parties involved!”

Which, 26 years later, we would rephrase like this: We want to align our employees’ and client’s interests with today’s society and environment, whilst not endangering the well-being of future generations.

Therefore, sustainability plays a vital role for our business internally as well as with clients. You have to start somewhere, so a group of P3 employees has made it their goal to reduce packaging waste in our Munich office. They independently went aways to purchase reusable lunch boxes for shared use, which are now being installed in all our offices across Germany. Our new office in Berlin is now set to become the most sustainable P3 office yet, including special highlights such as the self-built kitchen. Meanwhile in Wolfsburg, some of our colleagues regularly visit social institutions in the area to help out with various projects. Last time, they removed shrubs, re-potted plants and built a fence at a kindergarten.
On a larger scale, we have made huge steps towards converting our entire vehicle fleet to electric vehicles only. Our Wolfsburg office is planning to install a 70kWP photovoltaic system on the roof.

We are serious about sustainability and highly motivated to make changes. Sustainability is a team effort, so this includes everyone: our P3+ team, students, consultants, and management!
