Supporting the customers in building trust in automated and autonomous driving is one of the current fundamental challenges of car manufacturers (OEMs).
Therefore, a variety of different actions has to be taken in order to serve this task, which include the adaptation of the brand concept, the adequate preparation of car dealers, the generation of user experience as well as the provision of transparency regarding test results.
