    What you'll do

    • 1st Level Support
    • Receive phone and email to support requests
    • Prioritize tickets and administer our ticketing system
    • Document incidents and change requests
    • Maintain and update P3 Knowledge base
    • Service level agreement, monitoring and reporting
    • Preparing for Awareness calls and writing guides for users

    Who you are

    • University degree in Computer science, or equivalent technical knowledge required
    • 2+ years of IT support related experience 
    • Able to understand IT services fundamentally in terms of its functionality
    • Advanced communication skills in English and preferably German
    • Advanced problem-solving skills and critical thinking
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent time management and attention to details
