What you'll do
- You are responsible for the general backoffice processes and tasks
- You supervise resource planning, invoicing, project accounting, client requests, and internal staffing in close reconciliation with the managers and take over the correspondence with all responsible persons
- You check the travel expense reports of consultants and take over the correspondence with the accounting department
- You correspond with potential subcontractors and freelancers regarding projects and process NDAs
- You support the local managers with their administrative tasks
- You create and maintain project overviews and staffing plans, offer templates and PowerPoint Presentations
- You plan and organize team-events
- You support the HR-team
- You lead the local Onboarding of new colleagues
- You are responsible for the hardware order and first set up for new
- You post job openings, screen resumes and conduct first Take-in Interviews
Who you are
- You are experienced in working as an office administrator, office assistant or another relevant role
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Your organizational skills are excellent
- You are familiar with common procedures and basic account principles
- Your knowledge of Microsoft Office is very good
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent is preferred
- You are available full-time
