What you'll do

• You work in the emerging technology field of autonomous driving and lead or participate in multiple projects
  • You manage project scopes, create, and maintain project schedules, develop project plans, determine daily priorities ensuring an on-time completion of milestones
  • You prepare, organize, and participate in stakeholder meetings, negotiate the expectations of the participants
  • You serve as a liaison between the operations and IT teams
• You provide strategic business analysis services 
  • You assess business processes and system requirements, you identify inefficiencies, business needs, improvement opportunities
  • You analyze business and systems process designs, provide support for implementing new business solutions
  • You build and manage relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and supplier

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Operations Management or an equivalent education.
• You have 3+ years of experience in business analytics
• You preferably also provide knowledge in the field of autonomous driving
• You have experience with common enterprise Business Operating Systems, OKR tools is a plus
• You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working, you have a quick perception and you are able to deliver on tight deadlines
• You have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• You are proficient in MS Office applications, Experience with integrating Atlassian tools, Smartsheets, and Enterprise ERPs is a plus
• You are willing to travel and authorized to work in the US
