What you'll do
- You work in cross functional teams to plan and execute programs that meet or exceed all participants expectations
- You are responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring program activities for customers to whom you develop strong and trusted relation- and partnerships
- You give status reports, manage risks and change requirements with respect to KPIs, milestones, product and process validation, supplier and manufacturing readiness, and lead phase gate reviews
- You serve as a liaison between Business Development, Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain Management teams to deliver a program on-time, with high quality and meeting or exceeding financial KPIs
- You prepare and organize meetings with stakeholders on various topics.
- You support the Quality Management System and the PPAP
Who you are
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering related fields (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or similar)
- You have worked 1-3 years in automotive program management and successfully supported in launching products before
- You are experienced in developing project work plans and budgets, working with cross-functional teams
- You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment, you need minimal supervision and have a quick perception and a high business acumen
- You have strong organizational and excellent communication skills especially when interfacing with customers
- You are proficient in MS Office applications
- You are willing to travel
- You are authorized to work in the US
