What you'll do

• You coordinate technical teams and manage them to follow scum based agile software development processes in the emerging field of autonomous driving.
• You engage with project participants outside the software team (e.g., engineering) when necessary to support the project teams with the PI Planning, execution, and delivery of software product releases
• You mentor the teams on agile project management standards and best practices.
• You manage program roadmaps from definition, implementation, test to delivery.
• You give status reports, manage risks, and change requirements with respect to KPIs and dependencies between teams.
• You coordinate complex software development projects, facilitate team meetings to engage cross-functional collaboration also beyond software development.
• You create an environment of continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring the team members in agile procedures and principles.

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering (Management) or in a related field
• You have worked 5+ years in agile project management and/or automotive software development
• You are experienced in developing project work plans and budgets, working with cross-functional teams
• You are trained in classical and agile project management, and have utilized agile methodologies and tools before, SAFe preferred
• You have knowledge in automotive and safety development standards (AutoSAR, ASPICE, ISO26262)
• You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment, you have a quick perception and a high business acumen, you motivate others, drive collaboration, and resolve conflicts quickly
• You have strong organizational and excellent communication skills especially when interfacing with customers
• You are proficient in MS Office applications
• You are willing to travel
• You are authorized to work in the US
