You’ll dive into the principles behind Objectives and Key Results and develop a strong sense for quality, measurability, and strategic alignment. You’ll understand the difference between OKRs and KPIs, learn how the two systems can complement each other, and discover how OKRs can be cascaded and embedded across all levels—from teams to functions to the strategic core of the organization.
You’ll also build awareness of common challenges and anti-patterns—and how to avoid them. Practical insights will help you integrate OKRs into agile frameworks like SAFe®, particularly in the context of PI Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
