What you'll do
- Independently executing related Cloud Administration activities and transparent in communicating tasks and projects status through agreed planning tools
- Continuously drive process improvements to enhance productivity
- Design and configure Azure and on-premise infrastructure components
- Monitor and maintain overall system performance and usability in all environments
- Assist Service Desk with L2 support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware as well as escalating issues to L3 (third parties)
- Follow ITIL-based incident, event, problem, configuration and change management processes
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing with other team members
Who you are
- University degree in Computer science or equivalent knowledge required
- 5+ Years in IT Environment
- 3+ years in Cloud IT Environment
- Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud, Active Directory configuration and administration, including Azure AD, AD Connect and Intune
- Advanced knowledge of scripting languages PowerShell or Bash
- Microsoft Expert Certification
- Knowledge of Linux
- Advanced English communication skills, German is a plus
- Ability and willingness to learn
