What you'll do

• Comprehensive assessment capability across Core, Transport, RAN, and Cloud domains
• Expertise in XGS-PON, FTTX, GPON, Access technologies, Python, DOCSIS 4.0
• Feature & parameter expertise for multi-vendor environments (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
• End-to-end network optimization addressing domain-specific and systematic issues
• Advanced optimization techniques using diverse data sources (OSS, drive test, crowd-sourced data)

Who you are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network optimization and performance improvement
• Strong knowledge of 2G, 4G, 5G mobile technologies and fixed access technologies (cable, DSL, fiber, satellite, terrestrial wireless)
• Proficiency in OSS tools and related network management platforms
• Advanced English communication skills, German is a plus
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Problem solver and proactive approach
