What you'll do

• Plan and execute active drive tests to collect high-quality benchmarking data
• Experience in quality KPI monitoring and performance tracking
• Develop and maintain benchmarking analysis models for performance comparison
• Lead regular benchmarking campaigns, including analysis and comprehensive reporting
• Perform in-depth data analysis of logs and files to identify improvement areas across Core, Radio, and Transport networks

Who you are

• Expertise in end-to-end mobile network analysis, covering 4G & 5G Radio/Core/Transport domains
• Strong skills in log analysis, including drive test logs, Layer 3 messages, and PCAPs
• Proficiency with benchmarking tools (e.g., XCAL, XCAP, QGIS, OpenSignal)
• Solid knowledge of 4G and 5G radio features and optimization techniques
• Advanced English communication skills, German is a plus
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Problem solver and proactive approach
