What you'll do
- Technical interpretation of benchmarking KPIs and measurement data
- Deep analysis of RAN and Core network performance
- Vendor-specific expertise (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia)
- Root-cause analysis of network behavior and performance gaps
- Development of optimization hypotheses and improvement strategies
- Contribution to methodology, KPI models, and scoring logic
- Participation in technical deep dives and client workshops
- Continuous improvement of network intelligence models
Who you are
- Several years of experience in mobile network engineering (RAN and/or Core)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and network behavior
- Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven engineering
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Motivation to work in a productized, AI-driven environment
- Advanced English communication skills, German is a plus
- Problem solver and proactive approach
