His professional career path began as a consultant with a focus on lean management in the electronics industry.
In 2010 he joined P3. Since then projects like securing ramp-up phases, relocations, securing supply, and preventive supplier development rank among his area of expertise.
At present, Jan Hinrichs and his team manage projects with virtually all automotive OEMs and all renowned 1 tier suppliers across Europe.

Thomas Heller-Regenbogen is responsible for Human Factors and Transformation at P3. This includes external and internal communication, change and rollout management as well as coaching and training of employees and managers.
As a partner, he is also responsible for our Munich location.
After his studies in industrial engineering at the RWTH Aachen he found his way directly to P3 in 2007 and used the chance to develop from a diploma student to a partner.
At the beginning of his P3 time he increased the efficiency of our customers by innovative process and project management methodologies. In the course of this he found his passion for the field of Human Factors and the operationalization of any concept. In his team you can find a high diversity of competences and personalities, which are specifically used in customer projects.

As Partner & Managing Director of P3, Gerald Beuscher is responsible for the Volkswagen Group customer account and the Wolfsburg location. During his industrial engineering studies he specialized in flight operations technology.
He started his professional career in the aviation industry.
In 2005 he found his start at P3, again initially in the aviation sector.
Since his change to the automotive industry, projects such as efficient powertrains, electrification and networking of passenger cars are among his main focuses.
Today, he and his team support the Volkswagen Group worldwide in a wide variety of projects.

Marius Mailat ist für die P3 als Managing Director, vor allem aber als Chief Technical Officer im Einsatz. Zur P3-Familie gehört er erst seit 2016 – zuvor war er Gründer und Inhaber eines eigenen Unternehmens, das später in die P3 integriert wurde. Somit blickt Marius auf mehr als 20 Jahre Expertise im Bereich Digitalisierung zurück – zwischenzeitlich auch als einer von nur sechs Google Developer Experts für Android in Deutschland.
Der studierte Informatiker und Software-Entwickler sieht sich dabei von jeher als IT-Architekt, der die Kunden befähigt, langsame Papierprozesse durch schnelle, effiziente B2B-Anwendungen zu ersetzen. Sein besonderes Steckenpferd jedoch ist Android Automotive – so zeichnen Marius und sein Team unter anderem für das neue Infotainmentsystem eines großen französischen Automobilherstellers verantwortlich, das ab 2022 vollständig auf Basis P3-eigener Entwicklungen läuft. Freude machen ihm aber auch eine kleine Sport-App oder die Entwicklungen im Smart-home-Bereich – also im Grunde alles, was die Welt digital voran bringt.

Sebastian Gieschen is a partner at P3 and responsible for software development and cloud. During his studies at RWTH Aachen University as an industrial engineer, he recognized the importance of digital solutions early on and specialized in them.
He joined P3 in the US, where he worked in the area of connected car and infotainment systems.
Since 2016, he has been helping organizations to design, develop and successfully place digital solutions in the market. In the meantime, he and his team of developers and IT consultants support a large number of companies from various industries and help them to master the digital transformation.

Bjoern Voss is an expert in the field of manufacturing and experienced in guiding international OEMs and SMEs on their way into the mobility industry of the future.
Bjoern studied Mechanical Engineering at Kiel University of Applied Sciences. He joined P3 Automotive in 2007 as an automotive consultant in Germany and was dispatched to Asia in 2009. Since then, he has been working for P3 in China, Japan, Thailand and other Asian countries.
Bjoern is responsible for the South East Asia Region.
