What you'll do
- You will be responsible for demanding industrialization projects with a focus on supplier relocation, start-up management, and production optimization for our customers up to the handover to the affected OEM plants according to APQP, VDA 6.1 and 6.3.
- You will take over the management of risk analyses, Run@Rate capacity analyses and process audits for critical purchase partial quantities.
- You will be a task force team member for critical delivery situations and take over the project management at the interface between OEM and supplier.
- You will introduce immediate and remedial measures to protect against production losses at the affected automotive suppliers.
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or similar field.
- You burn for logistics, production 4.0, supply chain and operations; you put the pedal to the metal on your job and you love action in everyday life.
- You produce and develop resolutions using appropriate problem-solving tools.
- You call yourself a pragmatic doer with digital competence and are up for being a brand ambassador for P3.
- You also meet the standard blah-blah: your English skills are very good and you are potentially fluent in an additional language (German is a plus!); you work well in a team but also on your own, you know your way around MS-Office, you are communicative; you have a high level of presentation skills and are highly flexible.
- You produce and develop resolutions using appropriate problem-solving tools.
- You are willing to travel.
