The focus of IPMA® Level D:
- Methods from the “project management toolbox”: goal definition, environment analysis, stakeholder and risk management, success factors in project management, project structuring, task control, dealing with changes, and much more.
- Focus on social skills in project management: motivation, teamwork, leadership as a project manager, communication, conflict management and much more.
- Basics in agile and hybrid project management
In our training courses, we focus on an intensive combination of theory and practice. Various application exercises, realistic case studies and group discussions support the sustainable transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice.
