- The preparation phase: assignment, delineation of the area to be audited, identification of risks, definition of objectives, audit program
- The implementation phase: opening session, field research and audit tools (tips and tricks: the importance of listening, rephrasing, note taking: Flowcharts – Tips and tricks – Prioritize your findings, Organizing interviews)
- The closing phase: Drafting the audit report, closing meeting, writing the audit report
- Follow-up of recommendations and corrective actions
- Behavior of the auditor

There are prerequisites for this course. In order to participate, you should have knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) standard.
