What you'll do
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with the overall application architecture
- Define and maintain data models, workflows, and integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
- Lead ServiceNow configuration and custom development (e.g. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
- Support setup of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules relevant to the project.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, GDPR, and public sector requirements.
- Act as technical point of contact for ServiceNow within the overall program.
- Support release planning, documentation, and QA for ServiceNow topics.
Who you are
- 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and configuration best practices.
- Experience in both technical implementation and solution design.
- Ideally certified (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist).
- Familiar with integration scenarios (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth).
- Comfortable working in agile and hybrid project environments.
