Our training offers you a comprehensive experience of the entire project management skills portfolio: from the methodological toolbox to strengthening your social and leadership skills through to the economic and strategic management of projects. During the training, we reflect together on your project and leadership experience and expand it in a targeted manner. We also offer you the opportunity to exchange experiences with other project managers and our trainers. In this way, you will develop a good understanding of highly professional work in project-oriented environments.
Our experienced trainers will teach you all the important methods and skills for the successful planning, management, implementation and completion of projects and supplement these with best practices for direct application in your day-to-day work. Once you have passed the certification, you can use the title “IPMA® Level C – Certified Project Manager”.

Main Focus
The focal points of IPMA® Level C:
- Crash course “Project management toolbox”: goal definition, stakeholder and risk management, success factors in project management, project structuring, task management, and much more.
- Focus on your leadership skills in the project: developing leadership skills, reflecting on your personality and your own communication and conflict styles, optimizing teamwork, conducting negotiations, etc.
- Strategic, political and economic management of projects
- Multiple assessment simulations and intensive exam preparation
The training takes place in 5 modules. If you have already completed IPMA® Level D, it can be shortened to 3 modules. In our training courses, we focus on an intensive combination of theory and practice. Various application exercises, realistic case studies and group discussions support the sustainable transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice.

Prerequisite:
Proven project experience required.
The following minimum experience must have been gained within the last 6 years:
- 3 years in a responsible project management role on moderately complex projects
- or 3 years in a responsible sub-project management role for complex projects

Höherzertifizierung auf IPMA® Level B möglich.

Further information on certification
We are an official GPM course provider. The certification is carried out by PM-Zert.
Upon successful completion of the exam, you will be awarded the title “IPMA® Level C – Certified Project Manager”.
Higher certification to IPMA® Level B is possible.
Our recommendation: Ideally, you already have the knowledge from IPMA Level D (methods in classic PM). This course gives you the opportunity to optimally combine your professional competence with your methodological, organizational and leadership skills.
