What you'll do
You take full responsibility for our Singapore business and shape its future:
- You define and execute the regional strategy across telecommunications, logistics, and enterprise solutions
- You identify and unlock growth opportunities through digitalization and AI-driven business models
- You own the full P&L, steering revenue, cost, and profitability
- You build, lead, and scale high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment
- You drive key client relationships and win strategic enterprise accounts
- You expand our footprint across Southeast Asia
- You translate data into action and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization
- You act as the face of the company in the region
Who you are
You combine entrepreneurial drive with strong execution skills and a forward-looking mindset:
- You have proven leadership experience in telecommunications, logistics, or enterprise services
- You’ve owned full financial responsibility (P&L) for a business or business unit
- You understand how AI, data, and automation can transform business models (hands-on experience is a plus, not a must)
- You bring a strong network in Singapore / Southeast Asia
- You thrive in complex B2B environments
- You are both strategic and hands-on – you think big but act pragmatically
- You have a strong ownership mindset and the ambition to build
- You communicate confidently in English
